	•	Is completely responsible for the MLS staff, including staff structure, delegation of duties and performance standards. Evaluates staff performance, conducts performance reviews and recommends salary. Directs and coordinates the staff to achieve the planned programs of the Board and the Committees. Has full responsibility for hiring, training and terminating staff.<br />
	•	Is the manager of the entire operation responsible for ensuring each department consistently focuses on improving subscriber satisfaction while continuing to improve MLS operational efficiencies.<br />
	•	Manages all existing vendor contracts and makes recommendations to the Board of Directors as to future vendor needs and deadlines.<br />
	•	Is responsible for successful implementation of new technology initiatives<br />
	•	Serves as executive level support to all committees, PAG’s, and Task Forces.<br />
	•	Participates in new member indoctrination course providing MLS overview.<br />
	•	Is responsible for driving the success of the MLS strategic priorities of the MLS as outlined by the Board of Directors.<br />
	•	Handles escalated member issues and provides outreach to promote MLS and member services.<br />
	•	Is responsible for planning, formulating, evaluating and recommending to the RMLS Board of Directors all basic policies and programs which will further its objectives and maintains updated bylaws, MLS Rules &#038; Regulations and corporate documents in collaboration with Legal Counsel and NAR Member Policy Division.<br />

	•	Manages budgets and continually strives to find methods to drive down costs.<br />

<p>Professional and experienced Major Account Executive with proven success and demonstrable experience with cold-calling, lead-generation, and performance based results. The Major Account Executive is responsible for developing and expanding Previsite’s multimedia service offering with residential real estate Broker offices.  The person will have a commanding knowledge of the real estate industry from the real estate agent to the broker to the MLS and Association levels. The Major Account Executive is responsible for the sale of more sophisticated, integrated solutions and products.</p>
<p>The right individual will aggressively call on real estate Brokers, engage their interest, and create the excitement that the Previsite multimedia marketing solution offers. The ideal individual must already be conversant and trained at the highest level on new business development and sales.</p>
<p>The ideal candidate must have direct field sales experience with the ability to effectively implement sales strategies and opportunity/account prioritization in order to achieve revenue quotas.</p>
<p>Cultivating an exceptionally quick understanding of Previsite’s product offering is pivotal to the success of the position, as the Major Account Executive will be expected to conduct product presentations via webinars as well as in person.  </p>
<p>Qualification Requirements: </p>
<p>•	5+ years of Sales experience in the real estate industry.<br />
<br />•	Bachelors&#8217; degree preferred.<br />
<br />•	Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.<br />
<br />•	Proficiency in Sales Force.com (www.salesforce.com).<br />
<br />•	Must possess strong interpersonal and communication skills.<br />
<br />•	Must possess strong prospecting, account-management and closing skills.<br />
<br />•	Must be process oriented and have the ability to efficiently drive and simultaneously manage multiple opportunities.<br />
<br />•	Understand sales process with proven track record.<br />
<br />•	Demonstrate understanding of technology and the associated sales skills.</p>

<p>We are seeking an experienced sales professional who is comfortable working with CEO level customers. We have existing relationships with more than 1000 companies who need to be continually contacted and nurtured through our sales funnel. Although there is always room for cold calling new customers, most good prospects are already in our database. </p>
<p>You will be on the phone all day prospecting clients, giving online demonstrations of our site, and following up through the decision making process. </p>
<p>You will be supported by a highly skilled full time Customer Relationship Manager fulfilling all sales you close along with a shared administrative assistant. </p>
<p>Since we are a technology company selling to technology companies &#8211; you should be a lover of technology and understand how to operate business technology software. Online social networking experience is also a requirement. Experience with online advertising sales is a must.</p>
<p>Given the unique nature of our business, you will receive hands on training and support directly from the CEO. During your ramp up phase, you will be provided with base level compensation until your compensation arrangement exceeds the base compensation. </p>
