<p>The Sr. Product Manager is responsible for the product planning and execution throughout the product lifecycle, including gathering and prioritizing product and customer requirements, defining the product vision, documenting product specification, and working closely with development, account management, sales, and customer services teams to ensure customer satisfaction and revenue goals are met.</p>
<p>The Sr. Product Manager is expected to:</p>

<p>5.	Manage a team of product managers and business analysts, and define objectives and plans for the product management team that align with the organizational business goals</p>
<p>6.	Work with sales and marketing to establish pricing and effective communication of product features and value propositions.</p>
<p>7.	Conduct market analysis and run usability studies, focus groups, and surveys to assess, confirm, define and prioritize product plans.</p>
<p>8.	Keep up-to-date with market trends and industry information, and be an expert with regards to the competitors.</p>
<p>9.	Work with external third parties to assess and form strategic partnerships and licensing opportunities</p>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<p>•	Minimum 7 years of product management experience. Experience with real estate software products is a significant plus.</p>
<p>•	Minimum 5 years of experience working with software and Internet products, primarily in the B2B sector.</p>
<p>•	Experience in managing a team of product managers and business analysts.</p>
<p>•	Proven proficiencies in software and Internet technologies.  Ability to communicate effectively with the development team.  Experience with Agile development methodology a plus.</p>
<p>•	Experience in producing product specifications. Able to supplement words with screen shots and other tools to communicate what is required.</p>
<p>•	Strong knowledge in usability design.  Proven track records in defining products with usability, scalability and performance.</p>

<p>Job Description</p>
<p>The Account Manager is responsible for managing a number of large accounts for the BAP division of LPS Real Estate Group.</p>
<p>The Account Manager is expected to:</p>
<p>1.	Manage a number of large LPS Real Estate Group accounts, as the primary interface between LPS Real Estate Group and the accounts managed.</p>
<p>2.	Maintain open and constant communication with each assigned account. Update accounts with all pertinent information regarding LPS Real Estate Group product enhancements, updates and issue resolution.</p>
<p>3.	Respond to all account requests, issue reporting and questions in a very timely manner.</p>
<p>4.	Open, route, track and monitor all customer issues and enhancement requests through the LPS issue tracking system.</p>
<p>5.	Conduct weekly conference calls with each assigned account to review open issues and enhancement requests and provide all necessary product updates.</p>
<p>6.	Interface with multiple contacts at each account managed, including IT and Marketing staff up through Senior Level Management.</p>
<p>7.	Coordinate all communication and conference calls between accounts managed and LPS staff.</p>
<p>8.	Interface daily with LPS product and development staff, communicating account feedback and requests along with keeping informed of internal product direction or decisions that may impact any account.</p>
<p>9.	Have strong product knowledge of the full suite of LPS Real Estate Group products. Must be able to effectively answer product questions and demo functionality to accounts.</p>
<p>10.	Proactively manage each account by anticipating needs of each account, and provide guidance for maximizing product experience for the account and their customers.</p>
<p>Qualifications</p>
<p>•	Minimum 5 years experience as an account manager for major client accounts, or related responsibility.</p>
<p>•	Experience with real estate related accounts and products a significant plus.</p>
<p>•	Minimum 3 years experience working with software and Internet products, primarily in the B2B sector.</p>
<p>•	Strong customer relations skills. Ability to maintain diplomacy and composure at all times.</p>

<p>Job Descriptions:</p>
<p>•	Manage and support small to large sized projects in real estate software product development and implementation, and MLS data aggregation.</p>
<p>•	Lead and guide the project team, manage both business and technical aspects of projects, and serve as liaison to customers and vendors.</p>
<p>•	Create project plans and documentation such as scopes, statements of work, requirement documents, project schedules and status reports.</p>
<p>•	Monitor progress to assure schedule, quality, and cost objectives are met and take appropriate preventive and corrective actions.</p>
<p>•	Manage communication within the organization as well as with customers and vendors, to ensure all parties are up to date with the latest project plans and status.</p>

<p>Clareity Security is the leading provider of data security and revenue assurance products for the real estate industry. Clareity Security was launched in 2004 and serves over 65 customers representing almost 500,000 subscribers.  We are a small but efficient organization that values a strong work ethic combined with the desire to have fun doing it!</p>
<p>We are looking for a QA Engineer &amp; Product Leader to join our team.  You will play a critical role in product development and you will drive the QA efforts and activities at Clareity Security.  This is a fantastic opportunity for the kind of person who wants to play a leading role at the company and make a huge impact – and who has the skills to drive all aspects of QA with a significant role in Product Management as well.  This position will work closely with the Chief Software Architect and the development team and will report directly to the Chief Operating Officer. </p>
<p>We build the software that powers the authentication systems of real estate multiple listing services and other real estate software.  In this role you will have exposure to software security, high scalability, high availability, and SAAS solutions. We use the Scrum development process.  Our systems are primarily MySql &amp; Java-based.</p>
<p>Primary Responsibilities Include<br />
<br />- Define the role of QA in the SDLC, and integrate proven software QA practices into our ship effort.<br />
<br />- Engage in the entire product cycle, from design to shipment to support.  Provide quality feedback to the team, and ensure the quality level of the product is known at all points in the process.<br />
<br />- Generate a test plan for each new feature developed.  At times a functional specification may be available; at other times the test plan should be prepared from artifacts of the scrum process.<br />
<br />- Perform secondary unit testing, integration testing, and regression testing on all new features developed.<br />
<br />- Work as a peer with the rest of the team, producing a collaborative approach to quality.  Assist developers and program managers in developing their own quality process.  Ensure that the overall team process is engineered to product quality results.<br />
<br />- Build test harnesses or related tools as needed to improve long-term testability<br />
<br />- See and raise project issues as early as possible in the process, working with other team members to resolve the issues to drive to a quality and predictable delivery<br />
<br />- Oversee the defect reporting system, ensuring that issues discovered through any means (including by customers) are visible and managed in the system</p>
<p>Requirements Include:<br />
<br />- A bachelors degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience<br />
<br />- Proven ability to independently lead a QA effort on a shipping commercial product<br />
<br />- Expert at administering and using test support tools such as bug tracking database, load tester, network capture tools, etc<br />
<br />- A steady pattern of increasing success in your career<br />
<br />- Relentless drive to find the defects in a system, and to defend the customer experience<br />
<br />- A willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed &#8211; as small but profitable company, each team member may be called on to wear many hats<br />

<p>Florida Real Estate Foundation</p>
<p>The EVP of ORRA also acts as the president of the Florida Real Estate Foundation.  To keep up with the needs of the ever growing market, the Florida Real Estate Foundation http://www.floridarealestatefoundation.com, a 501c3 organization, was established to serve Central Florida through community development, charitable giving, economic research and education to further the educational quality of the real estate professional.  Through the Foundation’s Art in Architecture program, Central Florida&#8217;s workforce families have the opportunity to purchase attractive and affordable homes addressing a critical community housing issue.</p>
<p>The Foundation also awards scholarships to Realtors® for Realtor® certification and designation courses.  Financial assistance is also given to students who are studying real estate and allied disciplines at Orlando area colleges and universities.</p>
<p>A comprehensive research program, focused on real estate, economic trends and statistics is in development as an important part of the Foundation.  Land use, planning trends, transportation, property taxes, impact fees, water management and other industry issues are included in this research.</p>
<p>FUNCTION:  The Executive Vice President oversees all aspects of the ORRA operation. He/She is the manager of the entire operation responsible for ensuring each department consistently focuses on improving subscriber satisfaction while continuing to improve operational efficiencies. Through management and leadership, the EVP’s core goal is to achieve productive performance by creating a vision for the future that will guide the constructive growth of the Association.</p>
<p>Since ORRA also runs several for profit divisions, the ideal candidate will also possess strong abilities to build and manage research and technology services companies as well as the association itself.</p>
<p>The Executive Vice President is responsible for driving the success of the strategic priorities of the organization as outlined by the Board of Directors. They are also responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, closely managing budgets and continually striving to find methods to drive down costs.  The EVP is also responsible for managing relationships with each of the board of directors as well as related associations, brokers and individual members.  This position is also responsible for positioning ORRA as a leader nationally. The successful candidate will involve ORRA in state, and national real estate initiatives as well as assume leadership roles with key vendors and partners. They will also involve their direct reports in relevant state and national initiatives. The EVP is also responsible for continually striving to expand the size and scope of the subscriber base.</p>
<p>SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Within the limits of the Association&#8217;s bylaws and policies, the Chief Executive Officer is responsible for and has commensurate authority to accomplish the duties set forth below.</p>
<p>Supervisory:</p>
<p>o	Manages 6 department heads and oversees approximately 30 employees</p>
<p>o	Responsible for outlining and implementing development plans for each department head and providing quarterly performance reviews and bonus recommendations</p>
<p>o	Responsible for setting and recommending changes to HR/Benefits policies and procedures</p>
<p>Member Services/Operations</p>
<p>o	Execute all directives of the Board of Directors.  Keep directors and members fully informed on the conditions and operations of the Association and attend all meetings of the Board of Directors.</p>
<p>o	Plan, formulate and forward to the Board of Directors recommended basic policies and programs which further the objectives of the Association.</p>
<p>o	Manages the day-to-day operation of ORRA and all employees of the firm; Ensures the Board of Directors, members and employees are kept fully informed on ORRA conditions and operations.</p>
<p>o	Manages all vendor relationships and negotiates equitable contracts consistently seeking to improve the quality of services delivered to ORRA members.</p>
<p>o	Manages and oversees all of the budgeting, financial accounting, reporting and asset management of the organization and closely monitors budgets and spending; The EVP has dual signing authority with the Treasurer? for all checks and is responsible for closely monitoring all expenditures versus approved budgets</p>
<p>o	Responsible for continuing to refine investment policy to maximize return on short and long-term reserves</p>

<p>o	Responsible for planning, formulating, evaluating and recommending to the ORRA Board of Directors all basic policies and programs which will further its objectives and maintains updated bylaws, and corporate documents in collaboration with Legal Counsel and NAR Member Policy Division.</p>
<p>o	Responsible for measuring and driving consistent improvements in member satisfaction levels</p>
<p>o	Responsible for recommending improved/enhanced member services to board of directors as well as operational efficiencies</p>
<p>o	Responsible for continually improving service adoption and education participation</p>
<p>o	Serve as the Association’s corporate secretary; maintain official minutes of the Board of Directors and Association general membership meetings. Serves as CEO of the Association’s subsidiaries: ORRA SGS; ORREN; and the Florida Real Estate Foundation.</p>
<p>REQUIREMENTS/JOB SKILLS: College degree as well as significant trade association or business experience.  Possess terrific coaching, managerial, supervisory, budgeting, communication and planning skills.  Experience in Multiple listing or other database inventory systems strongly desired.  Strong ability to drive change and work effectively with volunteer committees. Must possess mature judgment, confidentiality, strong presentation and negotiation skills and a high degree of personal organization and initiative.</p>
