Job Description:
Professional and experienced Brokerage Sales Specialist with proven success and demonstrable experience with cold-calling, lead-generation, lead-follow-up, web-based product demos, and lead closure.
The Brokerage Sales Specialist will have two main objectives:
1. Identifying and converting individual and small office leads into "closed" sales business. The target market includes Residential Real Estate Broker Offices and Real Estate Agents
2.
The right individual will aggressively generate leads, engage interest, and create the excitement that the Instanet suite of products offers. The ideal individual must already be conversant and trained at the highest level on lead generation and appointment scheduling.
The candidate must possess 3-5- years of inside sales experience in the Real Estate vertical with the ability to effectively implement sales strategies and call prioritization to help shorten the sales cycle and achieve revenue targets.
