Job Description:

W&R Studios is a software company located in Huntington Beach, California. We develop, market and sell web applications for today's real estate agents, brokers and MLS providers. Our current web applications, Dwellicious and Cloud CMA have generated a lot of buzz in the industry.

W&R Studios products are sold on a subscription basis. The primary responsibility of the Outside Sales Representative is to grow the number of subscribers in the Southern California area.

Other responsibilities:

Book and give product demonstrations at local real estate offices.

Book and give product trainings at local real estate associations.

Set up affinity partnerships with local real estate vendors.

Handle light follow up and support calls and e-mails.

Submit weekly activity/call reports.

Attend local trade shows.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor degree preferred

Real estate experience a plus

Good computer and Excel skills

Excellent communication skills, self-motivated, self-starter, sense of urgency, personable, and well organized.

Willingness to travel

Must provide own transportation with valid driver's license.

Salary:

Base plus commission
